#13166 are currently recruiting for a Affiliate Account Manager for a leading and innovative iGaming company based in London. The main purpose of this role is to establish and build effective commercial working relationships with new and future affiliates and to maintain the stability and growth of the overall affiliate channel.

• Development and implementation of the affiliate strategy to deliver the sales and growth KPIs
• Communicating with assigned affiliates regularly retain the relationship, maintain performance and create opportunities for growth
• Establish strong connections within the online marketing and affiliate industry
• Analysing and reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual account performance of the channel and affiliates.
• Ensure that the affiliate programme’s terms and conditions are adhered to
• Identifying and recruiting new affiliates to the programme
• Creating and executing a test and optimization plan to reduce overall CPA
• Creating a plan to grow the affiliate long-tail
• Identifying "lapsed" affiliates within assigned groups or regions and take appropriate steps to reactivate them
• Liaise between internal departments, third party vendors to develop and maintain the affiliate programme
• Ensuring BAU affiliate processes are in place (e.g. validations, transaction queries, tracking issues, fraud and Risk procedures)
• Travel to industry events when required
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Minimum 1 year of affiliate account management experience
• Knowledge of gaming industry would be an asset
• Strong passion for sports would be an asset
• Have proven experience in growing an affiliate programme
• Be commercially and analytically minded, with strong financial evaluation and performance marketing management skills
• Ability to adapt to new markets quickly, comfortable dealing with fast paced environments
• Experience of working in a multicultural and dynamic environment
• Have strong verbal, written communication, presentation skills
• Have a strong knowledge of the gaming industry
• Understanding and reporting KPI’s
• Good personal skills, able to develop positive internal and external relationships
• Will be innovative and self motivated
• Will have high confidence levels with a positive, outgoing and dynamic approach
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team member.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be pro-active Creative problem solver and team player
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong self motivator
