#13145 are currently recruiting for a Product Marketing Manager for a leading iGaming company based in Brighton. They will be responsible for the development and implementation of products and projects for the Marketing Department.

• Develop the product strategy and roadmap.
• Create technical user guides and best practices for current marketing tools.
• Define and clearly communicate a prioritized roadmap that implements the development department’s strategy, including measurable improvements to support the key business goals.
• Work with relevant stakeholders including the development teams, product teams and marketing team.
• Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders and head of department on project progress, status and outcomes.
• Overall ownership of Marketing Department projects and products.
• Produce business requirements documents and assist development teams in technical requirements documents creation process.
• Understand the strategic and competitive position of the product, carry out competitive analysis and deliver value adding increments.
• Write user stories for features such that the development team can develop them, and the QA team can test them effectively.
• Building conversion funnels
• Carrying out A-B testing on website features.
• Collaborating, communicating and building strong relationships with the key internal and external stakeholders.
• Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
• Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with development teams.
• Following team’s and Company’s processes and procedures effectively.
• Undertaking other reasonable duties as instructed by senior management.
• Undertake other reasonable duties as instructed by department manager or senior management

• Technically minded with the ability to distil complex problems into simple digestible information
• Business- and Sales oriented with focus on marketing and communications.
• An understanding of how effective marketing plans are formed
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced, results driven environment.
• Possesses a strong understanding of the mobile and desktop channels.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written with the ability to manage internal and external relationships at all levels.
• Ability to work with numerous internal and external cross functional teams and multi-tasking of projects.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in the Online Gaming sector.
• Solid analytical skills and ability to create business cases based on data.
• Email marketing tools management experience is a plus
• Team player, passionate, energetic
