The position of CEO is required by an exciting and innovative iGaming Business.
Their core operations are spread across Europe where they employ over 110 people in Operations, Support, IT, Finance, and Marketing. A dedicated team of 40 software developers continues the development of their own back-end technology.
The company is an established online gaming software provider delivering a games platform to online operators, serving clients from multiple jurisdictions.
They have recently established an office in London where they are building a team and can move key personnel to aid the new CEO.
The candidate must have a proven track record in unregulated markets, as well as strong B2C experience in the iGaming industry.
As CEO you will be given the of full remit of P & L responsibility and be relied upon to define the outlook and strategy of the company.
Package & Equity stake negotiable for the right candidate. Ideally, the role will require the candidate to be based in London and travel within Europe.
A new chief executive is required to work closely with the board to formulate and execute a strategic business plan. The CEO will communicate common vision and align the business operations to meet the strategic objectives of the board.
You need to have over 8 years of commercial experience with at least five years working at a senior / management level within the online gaming industry. You will need to be well versed in the running of a B2C gaming business operation and be innovative with introducing products to unregulated markets.
You will need to provide performance management of the management team across functions such as finance, business development, operations, and development.
As a proven natural leader of business and people along with previous and current management skills within the igaming sector, you will be responsible for increasing clients in unregulated and emerging markets and increasing revenues from existing clients. You will also continuously assess existing internal processes and procedures to optimise efficiency and maximise revenue.
Minimum of 8 years commercial / industry experience having 5 years’ experience of working within an online gaming industry at a managerial level in leading and managing high-growth business operations Identifying and capitalising upon new commercial and business development opportunities. Experience of leading a senior management team i.e. a Chief Operations Officer, Chief Finance Officer, Head of Business Development and HR Management by setting clearly defined objectives, providing support, professional development, and performance management. Experience of providing accurate reporting across all functions to the board, working effectively with a board to agree upon an overall strategy with milestone objectives.
