Betting Jobs are hiring for a Finnish or Norwegian Customer Support Manager to join an exciting new start up based in London. This company is being founded by veterans of the iGaming industry and will soon launch their first brand within the next few months.
They are now hiring for an experienced Customer Support Manager to build their Customer Support department. This is a hands on role that would give you ownership of creating policies, choosing the CSM systems, managing the team performance.
Business lead in ensuring that the Customer Support Team is managed effectively, and efficiently supports the internal and external stakeholders.
To provide strategic and motivational management of the team to ensure compliance and performance in line with agreed policies, strategies and targets.
To be the escalation point for complaints and member contact as required and to analyse complaint and compliment trends and establish mechanisms for group-wide learning from feedback.
To ensure that blockages or areas of improvement are swiftly identified and resolved.
Maintaining all legal and policy and procedural requirements.
Skills and Experience
Native Level Finnish or Norwegian
A demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Experience in successfully implementing new customer based systems.
Significant experience in the management of a centralised administrative team.
The ability to role model leadership skills and demonstrate a customer focus.
Passion for, and deep understanding of professional football.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to challenge, support, influence and engage senior managers and customers across the organisation.
The ability to design reports and be able analyse and evaluate management information, producing detailed reports & presentations.
To be flexible to work in line with the needs of the business.
