Bettingjobs.com are currently recruiting for a Senior Campaigns Executive for a market leader in the iGaming industry. The will involve delivering all of the sportsbook marketing campaigns for new and existing members through the line, owning the timely delivery of assets, production and execution through all marketing channels.

A sports betting and digital marketing expert, you will support development of the central marketing campaigns plan, coordinating across multiple teams, while reporting and ensuring stakeholders deliver against deadlines. You will also be briefing front line teams, providing them with all the necessary knowledge and materials enabling them to best inform and promote.

Responsibilities:

• Develop holistic campaign concepts that can be activated via multiple marketing channels, including Display, Social Media, Onsite, Content/Editorial, Search, Affiliate, Email, SMS, Push and Video/Broadcast
• Work closely with the Acquisition Marketing, Content Marketing and CRM teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and as effective per channel as possible
• Support development of salient marketing campaigns around the sporting calendar that drive activations and wallet share anchored to the brand value proposition
• Responsible for the development of the central marketing campaigns plan, and coordination of such, and ensure stakeholders deliver against deadlines
• QA of marketing creative and messaging at template, campaign and channel level to ensure creative discipline across teams
• On a weekly and monthly basis - work alongside the insights team and marketing channels to measure performance against KPI’s and take actions that clearly address performance any issues and challenges
• Outsmart our competitors with campaigns concepts and planning that capitalise on marquee sporting events that can be activated via multiple marketing channels, including CRM, Social, Content/Editorial, PR and Display/Video/Broadcast
• Liaising with Sports Ops, Sports Comms and Customer Support to ensure campaigns are understood and delivered correctly to our customers
• Market intelligence – be an expert on the sports betting market, how, why, and what people bet on; where are we acquiring from and how we retain; be the expert on our competition

Requirements:

• Strong awareness of marketing methodologies, inc Social Media, Display, PPC, Email and Offline
• Great organisational, presentation and time management skills
• Experience of working with marketing teams and campaign coordination
• Strong sports and betting knowledge
• High attention to detail
• Strong analytical & numerical skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple workstreams
• Self-starter, continuously looking for ways to improve campaigns and processes
• Ability to build strong working relationships
• Ability to maintain and work within brand guidelines
