13071 are looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager, who will be responsible for the operational lead in the sales department of a large performance marketing company. The employee will ensure management of high-value affiliate accounts linked to affiliate channels and for building outstanding relationships with commercial partners. The Senior Sales Manager will support the Head of Sales by driving global sales and revenue to reach pre-defined targets set by the business, and will take full ownership of opportunities and projects that need to be driven by the Sales Team. As a senior member of the team, the Senior Sales manager is also expected to assist the Head of Sales with onboarding, training and development of team members.

Your Challenge:

● Take responsibility of all global operator communications
● Ensure continuous deal optimisations relating to CPA, Hybrid and revenue share deals to ensure sales and revenue targets for the business are reached
● Optimise the conversion on our website portfolio and on the brands landing pages
● Create additional revenue by defining and selling media and exposure packages
● Interact with other departments to identify new sales opportunities and maintain the sales related content on our websites
● Request and analyse data from the BI team and optimise sales accordingly
● Assure on-time commission payments by the operators
● Take operational day to day lead in the team
● Assist the Head of Sales with onboarding, training and development of team members
● Take ownership of pre-defined sales opportunities and projects
● Deputise for the Head of Sales when needed

To do it, you will need:

● Documented sales success within the iGaming industry, preferably working for an Affiliate Company or for an iGaming Operator
● At least two years of relevant professional experience, preferably in affiliate marketing or affiliate management
● Accustomed to working with KPIs and ambitious targets
● Accustomed to working in teams and with external clients
● English spoken and written (business proficiency)
● German considered a great asset
● Entrepreneurial creative business skills
● Global business thinking
● Results-oriented, self-motivated with a high level of ambition
● Ability to deliver quality despite many parallel tasks ongoing
● High analytical skills
● Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive applications
● High social skills for working in teams and with operators
● Flexible and rapidly adaptable to new situations
