• To drive and develop the customer communications strategy including email (creative and copywriting), SMS and other channels
• To support the Product and marketing teams
• To monitor and understand the key communication matrices
• Ongoing management and development of automated journeys
• Communications to the customer base
• Reporting on CRM activities
• Strong CRM background
• Excellent copy writing skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in customer segmentation
• Strong knowledge of the online Casino and Bingo industry
• Basic knowledge of HTML
