BettingJobs.com are currently seeking an experienced CRM Manager for a gaming company based in their Newcastle office. The CRM Manager will be responsible for delivering the CRM strategy in order to extent the customer lifecycle and increase LTV.

This position would ideally be suited to an experienced CRM professional looking to further develop their career with an established gaming company with huge growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• To drive and develop the customer communications strategy including email (creative and copywriting), SMS and other channels
• To support the Product and marketing teams
• To monitor and understand the key communication matrices
• Ongoing management and development of automated journeys
• Communications to the customer base
• Reporting on CRM activities

Requirements:

• Strong CRM background
• Excellent copy writing skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in customer segmentation
• Strong knowledge of the online Casino and Bingo industry
• Basic knowledge of HTML
