A leading international, multi brand iGaming Group is looking to hire a Group Head of Affiliates. The Group Head of Affiliates will build and lead a team responsible for the strategy and delivery of customer acquisition targets via affiliate marketing across the territories. This is a role for a data driven professional who makes decisions based on empirical evidence and can persuade others to do the same.
As the Head of Affiliates your primary focus is to grow the affiliate sales and revenue based on a thorough understanding of the affiliate business and its drivers. The growth is to be aligned with the company. You will be responsible for developing the affiliate strategies and work closely with the Affiliate Managers to build and expand the affiliate program. You will ensure best practice affiliate marketing techniques are employed at all times across the client base by supporting and managing a team of Affiliate Managers.

Your professional background has given you extensive affiliate contacts in the igaming industry. Your experience shows proven record in sales and/or affiliate acquisition targets, therefore, you have strong negotiation skills. Managing a team is something that you have a passion for and you are a natural leader with excellent communication and presentation skills who is social and outgoing who wants to join a dynamic, international and ambitious team. You are a highly structured, hands-on, multi-tasking marketer with a clear ability to focus on results and return of investment.
Develop the affiliate program in line with corporate strategies and targets.
Actively leading, building and managing the Affiliate Team of internal resource.
Identify and develop relationships with the key affiliate partners in the industry.
Responsibility for managing affiliates to increase revenue and overall P&L & ROI.
You will outline KPI’s and provide consistent reporting for all marketing campaigns.
Manage a significant multi €million budget and achieve the targets agreed with the Marketing Director.
Work with the creative and brand teams to ensure company brand guidelines are adhered to.
You will manage multiple campaigns across a varied client base.
Closely monitor competitors and the industry developments, aiming to remain competitive and constantly challenge our strategy.
Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonus offers.
Develop annual affiliate campaign calendar and rollout plans.
Managing, motivating & bringing out the best in the existing affiliate staff.
A minimum of 5 years work experience is essential.
Degree in Digital Marketing, Analytics or a business-related field.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build and maintain professional relationships in a pressurised environment.
Proven track record of delivering results via affiliate marketing.
Experience of managing a high performing team.
