#12906 are currently recruiting for a newly launched online casino in London. The role will involve overseeing a newly created online casino, managing customer relationship and evaluating the performance of casino products.

This role would be well suited to an individual who is looking to develop their career with forward thinking gaming company.

• Contributing to and developing Casino marketing plans and campaigns
• Executing daily email and SMS campaigns through various CRM platforms
• Ongoing competitor research and recommendations
• Continual campaign optimisation through ongoing planning, testing and reporting
• Support product initiatives and product/service roll-outs
• Analyse customer data and provide reports on campaign performance
• Resolving escalated Casino customer issues

• Casino knowledge and experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and analysis skills
• Brimming with new and innovative ideas
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to distinguish between important and less important tasks
• Experience with a Casino operator
• Ability to analyse and interrupt customer data to make strategic decisions
