Job Title: Account Manager
We are looking for an account manager to join a fast-growing and enthusiastic team based in Guernsey. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, forward thinking, have excellent communication skills and have a commercial and service focus.
• To ensure new customer implementations are delivered and launched effectively.
• To maximise product distribution opportunities for assigned customers.
• To support and service assigned customers in a proactive and responsive manner to maximise game distribution opportunities include removing roadblocks to game distribution.
• To understand the compliance, security and other delivery requirements for regulated online gambling sites in high volume transaction environments.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience Requirements
• Proven online product and stakeholder management or relevant experience [ 3-5 years minimum]
• Strong analytical, technical and project management skills
• Understands gambling games inside out – knows what makes a good game good especially focussing on playability, game maths, the game front-end from graphics to audio in various formats or distribution channels
• Has a track record of successful online products, specifically real money slots
• The ability to work in an environment with external designers, developers and Project Managers to create outstanding products
• The ability to work with external partners and manage and maintain professional relationships
