A leading B2B organisation is searching for a Managing Director of Bingo to help maximise the value and success of the bingo product, developing the long-term business strategy and capitalising on commercial opportunities

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role has end-to-end ownership of the bingo vertical and assumes overall responsibility for the delivery of the product.

Key responsibilities
Develop the long-term business strategy for the product vertical, in line with the overall company strategy
Derive a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap which clearly supports the business strategy
Set the following year's operational and financial targets, goals and deliverables, utilising data and analytics wherever possible
Manage the development and delivery pipeline for the vertical, including prioritisation of roadmaps and devising cost-effective delivery tactics
Lead and liaise with relevant stakeholders to capitalise on commercial opportunities
Ensure effective product marketing of new releases
Maintain oversight of deliverables for the client services and global operations teams to ensure goals are achieved
Collaborate with the Director of Client Services and Director of Global Operations to solve problems and realise opportunities
Monitor, measure and report on the vertical’s performance at all levels
Develop and drive a culture of high performance in the product vertical
Create, recommend and manage organisational structures and resource requirements
Act as a public speaker and spokesperson for the business

Key requirements
Expert knowledge of the product
Proven leadership and commercial experience at a senior level within the gaming industry
Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunities with stakeholders
Facility for motivating and engaging employees, teams and departments
Strong negotiation skills and outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
Capability to set business targets, timelines, plans and financial targets
Ability to contribute, debate and challenge at both a strategic and operational level
