As Head of Digital Advertising you will take the lead in developing and implementing innovative, successful, long-term digital marketing acquisition strategies within the Group. You should have a strong knowledge of current marketing trends, tools, platforms and strategies. You will be responsible for setting direction for and managing a talented team of marketing experts who are responsible for each channel.
You are expected to be able to adapt the overall business & brand strategy to an effective day-to-day marketing plan, and work closely with all major stakeholders within the Group.
What will you be doing?
Manage Biddable & Media, Affiliate Marketing and Acquisition Optimization teams
Set team objectives and manage performance against set goals
Develop and deliver short and long-term digital marketing strategies to achieve wider business goals
Provide and share knowledge of the latest digital technologies and best practices within the team and all major stakeholders
Align marketing planning with business goals and the long-term vision of the wider business unit
Work with relevant teams to plan, test, optimize, and scale growth strategies across all digital channels
Enhance the performance and build on the current digital activities
Grow the volume of new customers and revenue across all digital channels
Cost control and optimization
Forecasting, budgeting & reporting processes to meet KPI’s & targets
Produce and analyze an extensive suite of reporting
Close collaborate with country teams
Enable the team to develop new capabilities and empower team members to push the boundaries and engage with marketing innovation
Champion and identify opportunities to add value to the business
Stay informed of all digital marketing innovation, particularly within programmatic, mobile, social media and video. Identify opportunities and communicate these trends to wider group of stakeholders to ensure innovation in this area.
Work with the central and local teams to develop holistic, cross-channel marketing campaigns, identify and leverage digital opportunities that support the central marketing strategy.
What have you done?
A degree in marketing, business administration or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the digital marketing area
Previous experience in the iGaming industry is preferred
Extensive experience in leading and developing large marketing teams
Strategic development and marketing planning orientation
Extensive experience in managing large marketing budgets and driving significant ROI growth
Strong team player with excellent and proven inter-personnel skills
Outstanding project/time management and communication (verbal and written) skills are a must
The ability to envision the implementation and measurement of strategy effectiveness
Good understanding of digital platforms and technologies
High attention to detail and administration
Up-to-date knowledge of developments across the digital industry
