An award winning Tier 1 B2B iGaming organisation is looking to hire a Commercial Director to join and lead their Commercial team based in Malta. The successful candidate with lead the commercial function towards a sustainable profitability and revenue growth, through strong and trustworthy customer relations, leadership, business acumen and strategic and operational excellence.
You’ll be running the current business function with direct reporting sales managers and regional business managers with their teams.The role includes setting strategies, targets, budgets and cross-border alignments for maximising functional efficiency and an outstanding customer experience.
The successful candidate will be a senior high-caliber professional with a strong executive presence, a solid business mindset and a holistic view on strategic activities merged with a can-do attitude. Previous international iGaming experience within sales, account management and leadership is required. You are a people person who can build strong teams but also build strong client relationships.
Main game skills:
Previous leadership roles within Sales & Account Management in an international context
Ability to analyse trends, data, market/competitor landscape and set relevant strategies and actions to achieve results
People management experience – build strong teams, setting clear expectations, coach, feedback, inspire and engage.
Proven capabilities to build strong and profitable client relationships at C-level
Ability to understand technology on an aggregated level
University degree in business economics
Fluency in English
