Head of Retention – Asian market – Market-leading iGaming Operator
The leading iGaming operator in the Asian market is searching for a Head of Retention in their Makati City-based HQ, to take control of the CRM strategy for the largest customer base in Asia.
The key mission is to increase retention rates and customer lifecycle value by optimising marketing services. You will be responsible for meeting the department KPI’s as defined by the senior management team.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for areas such as:
• CRM – execution of CRM strategy and leadership of CRM Team
• Media Buying
You will collaborate with relevant department heads to ensure delivery of an optimised CRM strategy across multiple Asian markets, in conjunction with local territory managers, ensuring that the right message is communicated at all times across multiple teams.
We are searching for someone with at least 3 years experience of leading a similar marketing team within the industry. You should be aware of the objectives of relevant stakeholder teams as defined above and have first class communication skills to pull multiple teams together.
You will have a track record in CRM that you can demonstrate and be able to quickly communicate successes via accurate numbers. Experience of managing a dynamic multicultural team would be a big advantage, with the ability to make accurate decisions under pressure.
A Mandarin-speaker would be preferred but those who meet all the criteria above and have extensive experience within the Asian market will be considered also.
