A leading international B2B iGaming organisation is looking to hire a Sales Director to be based in Malta or Sweden. The Sales Director will report directly
to the VP Sales and will be responsible for the following:

• Market and competitors’ research and analysis
• Initiate contacts and interact with potential new customers
• Develop sales strategies to execute new sales
• Identify, negotiate, and sign business partnerships with channels and partners required to achieve sales in relevant markets.
• The position includes ~30% travel

• At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in an online gaming/software industry
• Proven experience with initiating and executing software sales/business with new customers, negotiation, signing new partner ships and escorting new customers through the sales process
• Proven experience with corporate/midsize organizations
• Engagement in sales process to the European market
• English Fluent English Speaker – A Must
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Independent, self-starter, highly motivated with good organization skills
