Betting Jobs are currently hiring for a Native Swedish speaker to join one of the biggest online entertainment companies in the UK. This position is with our client who have their Head Offices based in London and own some of the most popular brands in online gaming.
They are hiring for an individual who has experience in delivering exceptional customer service to manage a portfolio of their high value players. You would be responsible for improving the player’s overall experience and build strong rapport with each VIP.

Experience Needed:
• Native Swedish Speaker
• Proven telemarketing experience
• Service and Marketing minded
• Pride in providing top level service
• Excellent communicator (both verbal, telephone and written)
• Proven negotiation skills
• Confident and people focused personality
• Strives to meet targets and deadlines
• Enthusiastic and self motivated – a ‘can do’ attitude
• Ability to Multi task
• Strong team player
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent organisational & planning skills
