Betting Jobs are currently hiring for an experienced and friendly Customer Service Agent to join a successful and still growing online casino. They have been operating for around a year, targeting the Swedish, Finnish, German, Norwegian and UK markets. They now have a team of around 20 in their offices in Malta and are looking to add to this by hiring an experienced Native English speaker to join their busy customer service department.

• Previous industry experience is good, but so is also previous customer service experience where the customer always has been put first.
• You are prepared to take on additional responsibilities.
