Betting Jobs are currently hiring for an Affiliate Account Manager to join a fast-growing bitcoin start-up company in their London based marketing office.
The company’s rapid expansion to-date has been driven by a world-class engineering team, and they are now seeking to recruit a similar level of marketing, data and customer expertise to drive next phase growth. Backed by this engineering team, and operating in a data-rich testing environment, the newly created team will deliver exponential growth by deploying data driven marketing techniques across the entire marketing lifecycle.
Reporting directly to the Head of Affiliates, the Affiliate Account Manager will be responsible for recruiting high quality affiliate publishers to their program, nurturing relationships with existing publishers and working strategically to expand their Brands’ coverage and placements on relevant sites and in relevant territories. The right candidate will feel comfortable working autonomously in a lean, fast paced environment while maintaining a strong sense of team and collaboration.
Build, manage and grow affiliate relationships as well as maximise performance of the existing affiliate base
Continually communicate with affiliates, provide support and keep them up to date on new products and any program enhancements
Analyse and optimise affiliate traffic activity and develop new ways to monetise & incentive them to perform better
Monitor data trends and analyse affiliate performance to measure effectiveness and profitability
Monitor affiliate practices and compliance
Identify/Research, evaluate and recruit and activate new affiliates/partners to promote the brands
Research and report on competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions
Identify and implement other opportunities to enhance the affiliate program
The successful candidate will be measured based on the following:
Increase in number of targeted Affiliate Publishers promoting our brand in multiple territories.
Increase in quality customer sign ups and depositors to both sports and casino from existing and new Affiliate Publishers
Acquisition of new leads and customers through online campaigns with offers and promotions
Helpful and prompt communication with existing publishers
Building of strong relationships with our key partners.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a comparative role, gaming experience preferred
Proven track record of success
Strong analytical skills, numbers driven with excellent knowledge of Excel
Excellent communication skills, written and verbally
Strong interpersonal skills
Sales & marketing focused person with strong attention to detail
Able to build effective relationships with partners
Able to work autonomously and proactively
Able to work under pressure and in short deadlines
