Our client is looking for a Responsible Gaming Officer to join their team in Malta
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our customers in all responsible gaming related queries. You should be experienced in conducting thorough investigations and turning over every stone to make sure that we have a clear picture of the case at hand.
An integral part of this role is to have a problem solving mind set keeping in mind the company goals and ethos.
What would I be responsible for?
Execute Responsible Gaming policies and procedures already in place and help create new ones as and when required.
Provide an efficient and effective service to the company in responsible gaming related cases in line with guidelines set by the industry.
Ensure that cases are dealt with in a timely manner in order to provide customers with a quick and efficient service.
Provide support to the legal and compliance department with reporting and investigation.
Assist with requests for complex security issues to protect the vulnerable.
Refer customers to responsible gaming organisations as and when need be.
To be an initial escalation point for all case reviews relating to Responsible Gaming.
What experience and skills do I need to be considered for the role?
Must be fluent in English.
Other languages highly desirable.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the gaming industry.
Experience in Responsible Gaming and keeping up to date with legislation.
A proven track record of working effectively and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a high pressured environment.
