Our client is looking for a Responsible Gaming Manager to join their Malta office.

In this role, you will be responsible for making sure that our relationship with the most sensitive players follows what is required of us by the regulatory bodies. You should be experienced in conducting thorough investigations and turning over every stone to make sure that we have a clear picture of the case at hand. You will ensure that Responsible Gaming is always at the forefront of our minds from Customer Support to Business Development and even our branding for the business. You will look for solutions to proactively prevent gaming addictions.
An integral part of this role is to have a problem solving mind set keeping in mind the company goals and ethos.
What would I be responsible for?
Take ownership on the Responsible Gaming policies and procedures in place and to create new ones as and when required.
Create and deliver ongoing and up to date training for the company on Responsible Gaming.
Provide an efficient and effective service to the company in special responsible gaming related cases in line with guidelines set by the industry.
Ensure that Responsible Gaming cases are dealt with in a timely manner in order to provide our customers with a quick and efficient service.
Provide support to the legal and compliance department with reporting and investigation.
Assist in the interests of the Company's corporate contribution to Responsible Gaming organisations.
Review requests for complex security issues to protect the vulnerable.
Liaise with problem gambling counselling organisations and refer customers as and when need be.
To be an escalation point for all case reviews relating to Responsible Gaming.
What experience and skills do I need to be considered for the role?
Fluent in English.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the gaming industry.
Experience in Responsible Gaming and keeping up to date with legislation.
Ability to work on own initiative with tight deadlines while effectively managing a team.
A proven track record of working effectively and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a high pressured environment.
Experience of working in a Responsible Gaming Department.
