Compliance Manager – Dublin

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our EU Marketing Headquarter in Dublin, Ireland.

We are a young and growing multinational iGaming company provides all of the B2C Marketing and Operations for growing Poker brand in the UK and Ireland.

Reporting directly to the Senior management of the company, the Compliance Manager will be tasked with managing all aspects of compliance across the organisation within this region.

We believe we’re bringing something exciting and new to the table in terms of online poker – are you interested in playing an important role in the evolution of the world’s most exciting card game? You don’t need to be the Cincinnati Kid to join us, but someone with at least two years of experience matched with an ability to knuckle down and get the work done will fit right in.

Please note: This is an in-office role in our Dublin office in the Sandyford Industrial Estate (it’s nicer than it sounds – we’re right beside a host of shops, restaurants and Ireland’s only interactive children’s museum). Candidates will also be required to attend interviews in our Dublin office.


Maintain, optimise and stay abreast of all industry and company compliance and regulations as well as professional standards, accepted business practices, and internal standards, for the company’s operations in the UK and Ireland.
Work in direct contact with regulatory bodies and legislative external stakeholders (primarily the UK Gambling Commission) in order to ensure that the business is operating in a fully compliant manner with all guidelines and laws set out.
Work alongside, and in a facilitative manner with regulatory bodies such as the UK Gambling Commission in order to conduct on-going internal reviews and audits of the B2C operations of the company, identifying regulatory vulnerabilities across all policies, procedures, and systems in place.
Implement appropriate developments and amendments across policies, procedures, and systems as well as making recommendations to senior management.
Act to coordinate ’compliance efforts across regulated markets as the occasion arises
Work closely alongside all internal departments such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, IT etc in order to ensure the product offering complies with all legislations set out by the governing bodies such as the UK Gambling Commission.
Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the department for executive management meetings
Relevant compliance duties as they arise
Essential Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in a compliance orientated role within the iGaming industry
Experience dealing with a range of different governing bodies and regulators including the UK Gambling Commission.
Experienced in working across a range of different internal stakeholders such as Finance, Marketing, Operations etc.
Experience in handling internal reporting and audits and providing findings reports to senior management as well as external regulatory bodies.
Poker knowledge and experience highly desirable.
A strong communicator with the ability to work alongside a wide-ranging global team.
3rd level qualification in compliance and or law preferred.
