We are looking for an enthusiastic professional Casino Tribe servant lead to join our awesome international team in Malta.
The Casino Tribe lead is the servant leader of our Casino tribe and is crucial for our product success. The tribe consists of several Squads that work on our Casino product line. The Tribe Lead is responsible for all people working in the Tribe and is accountable for the smooth delivery of high performing products by the tribe. The Tribe Lead focuses on continuously improving the agility and overall delivery performance of the tribe. They also liaise closely with other Tribe Leads on the tactical & strategical vision for the tribe as well as the mid & long-term tribe priorities. The Casino Tribe Lead reports directly to our CPO.
Strategic planning and defining targets for the tribe
Close cooperation with Business Development and Sales
Continuously find ways to improve the delivery performance of the tribe
Be a servant leader to the people in the tribe by enabling them to be successful
Be an ambassador and coach to continuously improve the Agile practices used by the tribe
Together with the Chapter Leads, drive a culture of efficient delivery within and outside the tribe
Accountable to define the Casino Product strategy & roadmap for the tribe
Be accountable for providing transparency on delivery and stimulate teamwork and team commitment
Maintain a culture of commitment, engagement and partnership between your tribe and all parts of the organization
Take the lead in organizational transformations
Five or more years of hands on experience in Igaming working with Casino products
Working in an international environment
Three or more years of people management experience
Good knowledge of financial and budgeting processes
Experience in defining & driving the product strategy and transforming them road map delivery and key team objectives
Experience in implementation of continuous improvement methodology (Lean, Six Sigma)
Experience working with Agile methodologies
Ability to work across functional and business unit lines and develop and maintain a culture of partnership between all parts of the organization.
Demonstrated relationship building, networking and collaboration, decisiveness in negotiation, very strong influencing and persuasion skills
