Our client is looking for an experienced Business Partner to join their Malta office. The Business Partner will bridge the Marketing and the Finance departments by building strong relationships with key representatives of the business.

Responsibilities include:

- Revenue:
• Maximise growth in Revenue
• Optimise the drivers important for the growth of the Revenue
• Early warnings for corrective actions
• Identify and implement change to close revenue risks
• Challenge proposed revenue forecasts on a regular basis

- Marketing efficiency:
• Measure the overall marketing spending for the brand
• Ensure efficient usage of the various acquisition channels
• Ensure marketing mix is optimised to support the business i.e. affiliate, digital/SEO and traditional media
• Challenge proposed marketing spend plans on a regular basis

- Profitability analysis:
• By country
• By channel
• By vertical
• By customer

- Support the financial control to ensure the financial reporting is a true reflection of the business and performed activities
- Ad hoc analysis required to deliver the overall brand and business objectives

• An accountancy qualification or relevant business qualification
• Proven experience, probably more than 5 years in a similar role
• Experience with financial modelling and modelling tools
• Experience of working within Marketing departments or alongside Marketing Executives is a big plus
• Good presentation and communication skills

• Inquisitive by nature
• Able to challenge status quo
