• Drive new, repeat and cross-sell behavior with the execution of retentionary marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Build and develop the CRM team as required
• Own the planning, production and performance of email, SMS, in-App and social media campaigns for the business.
• Work with online marketing channels, and the digital optimization team to maximize retention and customer interaction across the platform
• Make use of analytics and insights tools, and work with an internal marketing insights team to improve CRM effectiveness using data driven analysis
• Create and execute planned and ad-hoc marketing campaigns around live events
Requirements of the Job:
• 3 + yrs. online marketing experience with a proven track record in the area of CRM
• Strong background in Email, SMS, In-App and social media campaigns and processes
• Marketer who has a flair for creating memorable campaigns
• Online gaming experience a distinct advantage
• Quick learner who thrives in a fast paced marketing team
• Team player with strong organizational and time management skills
