The Fraud and Payments Manager is a role for a detail-oriented and investigative/analytical problem-solver. To have the commitment and discipline to carry out routine tasks swiftly and accurately. Additionally to have the ability to work as part of a team and independently, with excellent interpersonal skills
Payments - Duties and responsibilities

 Liaising with relevant banks and processors to respond to the needs of each payment method, this includes integration work and liaising with the technical team to ensure the smooth running of all payment methods 24x7
 Assisting the VIP and CS with checks and processes.
 To facilitate the player in making payments online. Monitoring the website and in-house system on a regular basis to ensure that all payment methods are running efficiently
 Some payment methods are manually processed and therefore need to be credited manually
 Processing customer withdrawals in a timely manner
 Crediting non-reconciling transactions and reporting technical errors to the technical team
 Investigating and resolving customer complaints on missing payments.
The fraud prevention aspect of this role is to ensure continuous risk management with a commercial approach for our gaming activities. The role is to proactively anticipate and take the necessary action to minimise risk exposure and counteract payment fraud, while providing support to Customer Services and payments team on flagged transactions. At the same time managing the fine line between restricting potential business and potential fraud with an outlook to have an appetite for risk and be comfortable with exploring potential new business.
As Fraud Manager the role requires to work through a number of pre-determined fraud queues to identify potentially fraudulent accounts and place appropriate restrictions. Other investigations include validation using a number of sources such as banks, credit card issuers, phone matches, IP Search, various websites, etc.
Fraud - Duties & Responsibilities
 To investigate accounts delivered to agent through fraud queues on the website back offices for possible fraudulent activity
 Effectively identifying potentially fraudulent accounts by investigating and analysing account history and trends to take appropriate action on accounts.
 Have the ability to make discretionary decisions based on research. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
 Develop and implement risk management procedures to minimize levels of fraudulent activity, while keeping a healthy business outlook
 Liaise with relevant banks and payment processors to respond to identified cases of fraudulent activity
 To detect, investigate and be an analytical problem-solver with regard to charge backs, and bonus abuser
