BettingJobs.com are currently seeking a Sportsbook Manager for an emerging gaming company to be based in their Manila office. The Sportsbook Manager will be responsible for developing a world class customer experience and an effective retention marketing function. You will work across a number of departments to ensure the product offering is first class and all marketing communications are in line with brand image.

This role will suit a marketer who is keen to make their mark in an industry leading company. Your creative ideas will translate into sportsbook market campaigns aimed at growing and keeping an active player base engaged.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development of the Sportsbook offering
• Responsible for driving the company vision into action
• Take ownership of end to end campaign planning, from conceptualisation and briefing & resource allocation to analysis, reporting and optimisation
• Follow and contribute to improve internal processes and strategies
• Constantly evaluate the campaigns success with a view to optimising future campaigns
• Fully leverage customer data
• Manage the bonus spend budget and ensure campaigns are helping to achieve the overall targets
• Manage banners and on site content
• Contributing to a Sportsbook technology roadmap
• Working closely with the other Product and Operations team to ensure that the site experience and customer journeys are consistent, maximising usability and accessibility across all devices.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience, knowledge and passion for the sports betting industry, and the dynamics surroundings
• Proven online experience and a strong understanding of customer experience and player behaviour
• Proven Management level experience in Sportsbook
• Proficient in Excel and the Microsoft Office package
• Proven ability to effectively manage internal stakeholders
• Skill set to interpret data and draw conclusions to action specific marketing/in-play activity
• Strong communication, interpersonal & self-motivating skills
• Proven ability to work across teams and manage multiple projects
• Customer focussed & data driven mind-set
• Strong Team player
• Fluency in English is required
• Fluency in Mandarin would be a distinct advantage
