Our client is looking for an experienced b2b Account Manager to join their team.

Account Manager

The client are known for their creativity, innovation and the quality of their Slots, Bingo and Casino games. Through 2017 and beyond they are looking to further develop their offering through a range of games and exciting new products that will push industry boundaries.

The client are now seeking an experienced Account Manager for their rapidly expanding European client base. This is a rare opportunity to join a fledgling B2B team, which is backed by one of the leading B2C operators with an extensive and well proven catalogue of games which are in demand across the industry.

Working alongside the Business Development team, Games, Marketing, BI, Tech Support, Compliance, and all other support services the responsibilities will include:

Developing, growing and retaining a portfolio of clients, and ensuring a strong professional relationship with each of them; whilst maintaining the company ethos ‘have fun making fun’
Helping to set accurate revenue forecasts for growth and new business
Tailor sales and business development approaches so that they are bespoke, intelligent and consultative
Training customers on backend system tools
Liaising with marketing and product teams to ensure full support to customers and optimisation
of services provided
Managing the entire post sales customer experience
Identifying and managing risks and setting realistic expectations for the customer
Maximising customer potential through understanding their business and analysing their commercial strategies
Managing day-to-day client satisfaction and financial performance through monitoring and controlling project resources and deliverables
Working with the BI team to build market insight and competitor analysis
Attending and representing the company at business events and exhibitions
Supporting the team by participating in multiple development projects to increase and strengthen the effectiveness of the account managers

The Ideal candidate will :
Have a background in the gaming industry and a passion for games
Have the ability to lead by example and present a professional and fun image
Have a good commercial and strategic mindset
Have strong attention to detail and high standards of work
Strong organisation skills and capable of managing multiple high priority clients and projects simultaneously and successfully
A passion for building valued relationships with customers and managing the financial impact that clients make to the overall organisation
Demonstrated ability in driving customer retention
Good analytical and results focussed mindset
Have strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Be willing to travel internationally in line with business needs
