Betting Jobs are currently hiring for a Workflow Specialist to join the Retention & Marketing Communications Department of a well-established igaming company based in Camden.
Purpose of Job
The Workflow Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Casino Retention team in managing, developing and communicating workflows across the business touchpoints. This role will also work closely with other stakeholders and game providers to help plan and manage games roadmaps and site placement optimization.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Working with compliance, risk, retention and other stakeholder to create new campaign workflows in the company proprietary system
Analysis and Reporting of existing workflows and optimisation tactics to drive greater engagement/efficiencies from communications
Be the point of contact for day to day queries regarding workflows for the business
Setup of promotions across varying products, content creation, email builds
Liaising with retention to ensure all communications associated to a workflow are working correctly
Help the retention department to manage large ad hoc projects
Manage games roadmaps and testing new games
Ensure that game settings have been updated across all brands and currencies
Content managing game lobbies for both desktop and mobile and ensuring all regions keep the Casino websites updated
Game placement optimisation and analysis

Experience of managing CRM lifecycle journeys
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM software
Good understanding of database management
Excellent Excel skills
Experience in customer segmentation
Understanding and knowledge of HTML
Strong problem solving skills in understanding and diagnosing solutions
The ability to work on own initiative and be a self-starter
