Our client is currently looking for a General Manager to head and manage the company through its senior management team. GM will be the focal for the shareholders and board of directors. We are ideally interested in senior leaders from one of top competitors, but happy to consider
other candidates who have the required experience.

Venture : The company is an internet startup, specialized in affiliate marketing for large online
gaming industry players. It is operating in 14 countries split into 5 different segments. Currently
the business is run from 3 locations, including Azerbaijan, Ireland and The Netherlands, with
operations and most of the staff based in primarily Azerbaijan. Following successful project
deliveries and wealth of experiences, team pursues expansion into more markets, testing and
introduction of new products types, increase of partnerships, development of in-house expertise
and talent base.
The project started out of simple curiosity was merely a simple proof of concept (PoC) at a mass marketing company. After promising PoC, the firm achieved 400% revenue growth during the first five month of the year. Current annual turnover run-rate is USD 16 mln.

Develop further, if necessary set up or re-arrange, all functions, including but not limited
to: operations, marketing, strategy, finance, human resources & hiring, legal and

Recruit and lead the senior executive team to operate and grow the business.

This is a role for a heavyweight online casino thinker & doer!
The successful candidates would have good experience in iGaming industry, either in
the UK or Europe. (>3 years)
Min experience working in senior leadership of iGaming industry (1-3 years) or have
developed an outstanding understanding of the online casino business, mobile casino,
casino customer insight, competitive and games provider landscape and casino
operations some other way. You get a buzz out of casino gaming. You know which lever
to pull to work certain KPIs upwards.
Working in challenging environments is not a problem for you, you have a positive, ”let’s
get things done” attitude and you know how to motivate your team and colleagues.
You understand how best and large companies operate internally. You are no stranger
to managing a team of professionals and collaborating with other functions within a
business team, product development and central teams.
Good understanding of operations, ICT, finance, legal and product management & etc.
Strong interest in gambling industry and exposure in the betting and gaming industry
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
Ability to collaborate effective with all staff across different levels and functions of an

Ideally from a quantitative university education background (math, statistics, comp
science etc.) but it is not a must
