Betting Jobs are looking for a talented Product & Onboarding Analyst to join the Business Intelligence Team of a market-leading digital gaming company. The successful candidate will work closely with the Poker Product and Onboarding teams, in order to use data / advanced analytics to contribute to the success & growth of the business. The Business Intelligence team provides a challenging, enjoyable environment within a collaborative team of dedicated and professional analysts.
•Assist in data extraction & manipulation from the Data warehouse, manipulation of large volume of data in order to establish actionable insights/models and deliver recommendations
•Deliver analytical projects related to Poker product and onboarding optimisation (funnel, game features, UX etc.)
•Deep dive into understanding of product related customer behaviour
•Take ownership on leading Google Analytics Insights (mobile applications and desktop clients)
•Setting and tracking performance KPIs for relevant product offering decisions
•Define behavioural reports and dashboards for a varied audience.
•Drive new data requirements into DWH that will allow continuous improvement of the product
•Provide support on ad-hoc requests
Skills and Capabilities
•Degree in a quantitative area (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science) from a top tier university
•1-3 years relevant experience gained in advanced analytics (A/B testing, clustering, regression, predictive models)
•Experience with analytics platforms including Google Analytics and / or others.
•Proficiency in extracting and manipulating large datasets using SQL / MicroStrategy (or similar)
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
•Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to non-technical business people, both written and orally
•Ability to deliver high quality work under pressure of deadlines
•A passionate, results orientated, team player
•Knowledge of online gaming
•Practical experience with Statistical tools (SPSS, SAS, R, KNIME, other)
•Excellent problem solving skills
•The ability to think logically and question anomalies
