Purpose of the role:

Responsible for the organisation and execution of online and offline player marketing campaigns to meet player retention and acquisition strategy targets and business objectives. Work together with the Casino Team, Customer Support, CRM and Marketing Teams to optimise and deliver first-rate campaigns.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Organise and help to execute all online and offline eGaming player and product marketing campaigns.
Take promotional and campaign briefs from the eGaming Promotions Manager and scope promotions and campaigns.
Submit briefs to Creative, Promotion Operations, CRM and Marketing Teams.
Assist the eGaming Promotions Manager in managing the promotional schedule to ensure campaigns are launched on a regular basis and delivered on time.
Adhere to and improve quality control procedures including but not limited to proof reading and optimising communications.
Help to set up and execute localised marketing campaigns together with the acquisition marketing team.
Plan, create and implement all on-site promotion-related material as well as campaigns, primarily through the websites (desktop and mobile) and e-mail but also other means of communication.
Assist in optimising, creating and delivering first-rate campaigns.
Ensure the correct set up of all promotional and marketing campaigns according to the campaign brief.
Assist with accreditation of bonuses and free spins as and when needed.
Liaise with Customer Services and Marketing Team to ensure awareness of all player-marketing activities.
Give Input to website development and user experience to support player retention activities and promotions.
Report on KPIs regarding our promotional campaigns according to the campaign brief and objectives.
Continuously analyse competitors to ensure our offering is competitive in the marketplace.
Collaborate with game suppliers to effectively market promotional activity and content launches across all channels.
Continuously monitor websites to ensure all content is relevant, up to date and optimised.
Person Specification, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
A hard working, enthusiastic and driven person with a passion for marketing and gaming.
Fluent in English and Simplified Chinese.
Experience in eGaming and an understanding of different game categories an advantage.
A team player who will liaise and collaborate with other departments in order to meet business objectives.
