The client is looking for an experienced Bingo network manager to join their expanding team. 

Mission and Purpose

This role exists to develop, implement and execute the strategic game design and operation of a Bingo Network, including the extensive use of data analytics and BI together with the Market Insights team, to drive good network operations decisions. You will also work closely with the Service and Marketing teams to successfully launch new customers, create and push promotions as well as use any market intelligence gathered to build requirements and input these into the product development stream via the Market Insights team. You will work in a team of operations managers, leveraging from each other’s skills and knowledge to maximise results for your network, being responsible for the budget and spend of all network promotional pot funds.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects or activities at once. The central theme or personality of your department is to own the element of COMMUNITY for the Network Games business unit.

Key Responsibilities & Deliveries

Strategic management of game design and network operations schedules, to drive player behaviours and maximise value generated from network activities.
Engage with customers to share ideas, workshop solutions and continuously improve game performance and schedule design.
Play a part in the education and training of new customers joining the network, including the evangelising of products and promotional activity.
Use data to work with the Development and Market Insights teams, where required, to improve the game offering.
Work with Marketing and Service to create and push promotions at a network level.
Routinely, through working with customers and by own research, collect market and product research to feed into the development roadmap via the Market Insights team.
Make on-site customer visits as required, and in conjunction with the Service team.
Provide support, knowledge sharing and training to other operations managers, and members of the wider Network Games team.

Necessary Skills

Technically capable with a desire to translate data findings and customer demands into growth opportunities for the network.
Ability to interpret data, analyse player behaviour, game patterns and drive results.

5+ years’ experience working within a fast paced environment
Practical experience in Bingo scheduling, network management and promotion.
Experience of analysing and interpreting data to make business recommendations
Budget management experience would be advantageous
Ideally, degree educated
