We are looking for a talented Ad Operations Manager who is familiar with the ad-tech industry and experienced in running and optimising ad campaigns.
Strategically implement and manage all display and mobile ad campaigns
Monitor delivery, performance and ad quality to ensure our campaigns reach optimum performance
Check campaigns before they go live, implement the creatives, and keep track of the campaigns
Work on the continuous optimisation of our advertising campaigns based on defined KPIs (delivery optimisation, inventory management, targeting adjustments, campaign modifications and creative updates)
Test technical requirements, optimise constantly, and conduct fault analyses in our advertising campaigns
Manage changes for all types of ad campaigns
Ensure correct KPI tracking
You’ll be responsible for the AdTech Setup / Architecture
You’ll be responsible for the integration of all ad-related tools
2+ years of ad operations and display advertising experience
Adform knowledge is a plus
Experience in ad serving and ad management technologies such as DFP, or any DSP / multi-SSPs / multi ad networks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an affinity for data-driven approaches
Excellent organisational and time-management skills and are very detail-oriented
A very good understanding of numbers, high self-motivation and a strong demand for innovation in order to help shape new ways
Self-initiative and can quickly get involved in complex technical situations
