As Team Lead of Marketing & Brand Communication you will be leading a team responsible for all external communications. You are heading our Creative Services team consisting of a Social Media Manager and Designers. The right candidate will feel comfortable working in a lean, performance-driven environment while maintaining a strong sense of team and collaboration.
Create and control external communication across all channels
Liaise with our creative agency to manage distribution of our creatives
Manage branding and consistency across all markets and channels
Drive testing of our creatives to improve the conversion funnel, then iterate and opti-mize on campaigns based on results quickly
Actively lead, build and manage our creative services team
Drive Social Buzz and followship (better description maybe with Social Media Manager)
You love football and or other sports
Experienced with the delivery of creative materials across all channels (ATL/BTL)
Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset, including people management
Native or very good command of written and spoken German and English.
Passion for sports and sports betting, especially football

Project Management skills
Strong communication skills
Gaming industry experience would be considered a plus
