#11343 are currently seeking an HR Advisor for an established gaming company in London, the HR Advisor will be responsible for driving and developing the operational areas related to HR within their London office. While the focus will be on the London office this role will also provide to opportunity to work on global HR projects and support other sites.


• First point of contact for HR queries
• Manage all day to say interaction with staff and providing support and guidance as needed
• Work closely with HR colleagues across the business to monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practice
• Support department projects
• Provide an advisory service to employees and managers in the office
• Ensure Human Resources matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements
• Support the grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations and hearings
• Support and develop recruitment campaigns
• Ensure all HR information is compliant and up to date at all times and is responsible for reporting on staff metrics
• Acts as an HRIS super user, maintains and develops the HR system
• Supports the department with staff budgeting and annual salary reviews
• Manages and provides reporting on benefits, pensions and payroll
• Administration support to the department
• Facilitates the on boarding process including induction and training and all necessary paperwork


• Around 2-4 years’ generalist HR experience within a HR environment
• Excellent administrative skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience of working with and advising line managers
• First class communication skills
• Excellent Excel skills
• Experience working in a global company
• Systems orientated
• Team orientated
• Results focused
• Confident to work across all levels of the business
