Turkish speaking Affiliate Manager:
The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for Identifying and recruiting new affiliates.
Implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI.
The role will play a key part identifying opportunities for growth and negotiating deals with affiliates who deliver profitable customers to the Sportsbook product. With a focus on maintaining low cost per acquisitions and positive return on investment.
This role is at the forefront of the business’ success. Therefore we seek a highly motivated, dedicated and driven professional who can take ownership of this revenue generating role. Acquire affiliate marketing partners, motivate affiliates to provide maximum exposure and revenues through the acquired affiliates drive incremental acquisitions, while developing and monitoring affiliate promotions.
Perform competitive research, and monitor promotional activity with key competitors
Content monitoring of sportsbook product (website, emails, banking… etc.) and social media to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Meeting ROI, New Active Player and CPA targets
Manage recruitment/acquisition and retention campaigns. Constantly working on improving conversion rates for affiliate traffic
Oversee the development of marketing collateral to support acquisition and create new promotions and initiatives to increase exposure
Monitor and analyse campaign results, including weekly and monthly KPIs to identify strong and weak areas, to work with under-achievers to improve
Report KPIs on performance versus plan Required skills
Experience with Turkish affiliates
Fluency in Turkish and English
