#11328 are currently seeking a Global HR Manager for a well-established yet growing gaming company based in their London office. This position will be responsible for implementing the People Development Strategy working with the HR team and other stakeholders in order to achieve this. You will be responsible for ensuring all initiatives and processes adhere to best working practice, legislation and align to company culture.

This role would ideally be suited to an experienced HR Manager with experience working with an international firm with employees in multiple locations.


• Strategic business partner to three departments with responsibility for around 300 people globally
• Manage a global team of HR Advisors
• Driving and managing a global annual HR processes with support from local HR teams
• Implementation and roll out of all HR related systems, policies, processes and procedures
• Supports local HR with employee relations and investigations
• Owns and delivers the talent acquisition strategy for their business
• Support the CPO in strengthening the culture and driving engagement through performance & talent management, training & development and company values
• Owner of the compensation and remuneration strategy and works to implement value add initiatives
• Analysis of HR metrics to drive change


• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior HR role
• Global experience
• A good understanding of UK employment law
• Strong track-record as a HR generalist
• Extensive experience of managing and developing a team
• Experience in implementing various HR systems and digital processes
• A strong people leader
• Both strategic and hands on
• A team player who works with others to achieve the companies common goals
• Passionate about people and a driver of results
• A self-starter who is naturally proactive and confident
• Comfortable managing various projects at the same time, who can work to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Meticulous and a planner
