An established iGaming operator is looking to hire a HR generalist to work with senior stakeholders and people managers in a dedicated business areas.
You will provide HR support to your areas of business with full ownership of all people processes and HR related questions. This includes everything from resource planning and recruitment, to organizational design, employment law, development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and addressing day to day questions from the managers and employees. You will be part of driving the company and HR agenda forward and developing HR practices together with the rest of the team.
You will be reporting to the Chief HR Officer and be part of the HR & Office team of 45 people spread globally. The position is based in our Malta office.
Who are you?
You are a high performing individual with passion and drive. You have a relevant university degree and 7+ years of experience in generalist HR with a large individual responsibility. You have delivered successful people initiatives that matter most to the business from idealization to implementation. You have preferably worked in a fast moving e-commerce or online business as part of your career. Your verbal and written communication skills in English are excellent. With over 45 nationalities, international experience is a must.
You are not afraid to stand up for yourself, while at the same time you have a humble and team oriented attitude. You like to dig into different types of tasks, both operational and strategic. You thrive in a dynamic and fast changing environment. You enjoy creating and maintaining structure, and have a mature approach towards the unexpected. You are a social and collaborative person with a creative mind.
