Betting Jobs is currently looking for a HR Systems Analyst for a market-leading company within the industry based in their Malta office. As a HR Systems Analyst you are responsible for the implementation and maintenance as well as integration of different HR Systems. The automation of HR processes is a further main area of your responsibilities.


- Provide HR Systems technical support for all HR systems, including Fairsail, SmartRecruiter and REXX
- Maintain and improve all interfaces between various company HR systems
- Be responsible for the implementation of new HR related systems and act as the main point of contact for future enhancements
- Lead and coordinate project teams who will contribute to future UI/UX changes on company-wide Information systems
- Support the automation and enhancement of HR processes through technology, including on-boarding and off boarding
- Develop and maintain HR systems, through upgrades and incident resolution
- Identify, develop and implement process improvement, specifically highlighting where our people systems can work more effectively and efficiently
- Act as Business Partner to the global HR team. Encourage feedback, identify short and long-term fixes and collaborate with teams to achieve timescales
- Partner with Business Intelligence to understand how you can utilise the HR data available to build intelligent reports


- 1-2 Years in a similar role
- Ability to translate HR and Business requirements to technical language and vice versa
- Proven ability to communicate technical information clearly and influence decision makers
- Familiarity with Active Directory helpful
- Experience of requirement gathering, implementation, testing and end user training
- Experience maintaining and developing core HR systems, specifically contributing to the development and subsequent maintenance of HR hierarchies etc.
- Experience of carrying out system administration activities, including maintenance, testing, system/data checks and managing user access
- Excellent interpersonal skills and working ethic
- Being a team player but still very self-motivated
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary and multilocation teams
- Experience in an agile working environment
