What you’ll be doing
As a member of the Support team you’ll be playing a key role to give our players the best casino experience they ever will have. You’ll be working in a close and intimate team together with other people and departments to assist and reach out to the players by chat and email.
Who are you? (or: What you bring to the table)
• You have strong written communication skills in Norwegian and English
• You need to have awesome people skills.
• You have a service minded approach.
• You have a great attention to details.
• You are a self-motivated go-getter who likes to get things done.
• Previous industry experience is good, but so is also previous customer experience where the customer always has been put first.
• You are prepared to take on additional responsibilities.
• You are wiling to work shifts.
