Betting Jobs are looking for a CEO Assistant to provide administrative and functional support to a respective online gaming company's CEO in managing a range of administration/processes in order to ensure smooth and effective management working procedures consistency and to meet company compliance standards. As the company widens its footprint, information and communication increases in its importance and complexity. The role holder is a key contributor to management communication being frequent, clear and in tone of voice with the company culture and values.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
CEO support:
• Act as the right hand of the CEO over a breadth of activities
• Take necessary actions to activities requested on an adhoc basis
• Collaborate with CEO and a major company brand and be a ‘team enabler’
• Manage, book and plan travel requests and associated expense claims in a timely manner
• Scan and organize incoming post
• Administrate, assist and host misc CEO visitors, including handling couriers and deliveries
• Administrate and organize paperwork for signatures
• Plan and manage meetings and appointments, keep calendar updated accordingly
• Board meetings: take minutes, manage minutes and associated sign-off and distribution to participants in a timely manner
• Screen mailbox for various requests and take appropriate actions
• Answer and screen incoming calls, first point of contact as appropriate
• Support with various purchases and produce appropriate purchase orders
• Support CEO manage various approvals and requests in an efficient way
• Product presentation decks in collaboration with CEO
• Draft miscellaneous information and communication to team and organization – for example regular ‘CEO Letters’ – and media requests
• Collect, compile and support the brand's team in various reporting in a timely manner
• Act as contact for 3rd parties to support timely and accurate replies from the brand
• Act as approver of various HR related requests, post receiving appropriate
• Manage and support miscellaneous team meetings and events for the team
• ‘The Best Place To Work’ and ‘environmental friendly thinking and behaviour’ – together with CEO on ongoing basis propose and develop named objectives

Relationships:
• First point of contact for CEO for miscellaneous queries
• Partner with CFO and CEO related to financial/management reporting and stakeholder collaboration
• Partner with Head of Legal to manage timely actions related to compliance matters
• Maintain relationship with Office Administrators in local countries
• Keep update on Board Members, key stakeholder/owners whereabouts
• Work in tandem with Communication and Media Strategist in relation to communication, media queries and information circulated

Communication :
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain/build good working relationships with staff through effective communication

REQUIREMENTS
Skills/Experience required:
• Extensive experience in Management Assistant role
• Proven record of management of confidential material
• Cross continental working experience beneficial
• Computer literate in Word and Excel (intermediate level), and PowerPoint or other presentation tools
• Highly organized and focused on accuracy; ability to multi task and follow through
• Confident to deal with employees on all levels
• Experienced multi-tasker who doesn’t neglect details;
• Able to prioritise, organise and multi-task in a demanding environment
• Good people experience and understanding
• Personal drive for process improvement and thought leadership
• Able to manage trust and comply with confidentiality
• Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Motivated by personal development and willing to learn
