BettingJobs is currently looking for a Head of China Support to join a leading company within the industry, within their Taipei office. In this position, you would be involved in continuing the aggressive growth achieved in this area. You will be responsible for increasing outbound sales, conversion and player retention within customer support.


1. Duty manages the team as per shift patterns ensuring all contacts and actions have a positive benefit for the customer and company
2. In the format of a monthly review, provide CS Advisors and Seniors with clear direction, communication, support and on-going feedback to enhance individual performance
3. Develop and lead programs for proactive sales to meet conversion and retention goals
4. Develop and implement work procedures to improve day to day operation of the team
5. Monitor customer feedback closely to be able to improve overall site and product experience with the relevant personnel
6. Have a comprehensive understanding of business processes and systems, ensuring awareness of any new products and system changes
7. Monitor performance and motivate team members in order to keep high standard of work, assure quality levels are maintained and communicated to all team members


1. 4+ years’ experience in similar position in the gaming industry
2. Excellent written and verbal skills
3. Experience of people management in a contact centre environment
4. Flexible approach to working hours (evenings and weekends)
5. Experience of coaching others to achieve targets and improve performance
6. Confident and persuasive communicator with strong, proactive customer facing skills
7. Promoting a vision of excellence and motivating advisors to deliver service excellence
8. Mother tongue level of English, written and spoken
