Bettingjobs.com is currently seeking a Head of Sales to focus on leading the sales activity for the Live Casino Product across Europe and beyond. The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving new business through identifying new clients, pitching to prospective clients and signing new partners as well as maximising revenue of existing customers.
This role would be well suited to an individual with considerable sales experience within the online gaming industry looking to move their career forward with a genuine market leader in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain and thorough understanding of the online casino industry with a particular focus on live casino
• Recruit, develop, manage and lead the Sales team
• Manage the full sales cycle
• Develop and implement and effective sales strategy
• Maintain a detailed reporting system across the sales function in order to achieve sales targets
• Keep abreast of competitors developments and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market
• Identify opportunity to develop the product offering and work closely with the product team to develop those opportunities

Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in a similar position
• Strong knowledge of the Live Casino industry with a detailed understanding of the online Casino industry as a whole
• Successfully track record of delivering against and exceeding demanding sales targets
• Experience of managing, mentoring and motivating a sales team
