Betting Jobs are recruiting for an ambitious and driven individual who is looking to secure a challenging, fast paced role with one of the fastest growing companies in iGaming.

My client is a sportsbetting and casino operator, with offices in London and Malta, and are hiring for a UK Affiliate Coordinator to join their team. This role would find you responsible for the growth, retention and reactivation of their UK specific affiliates. You would support the affiliate team, providing support across the affiliate’s systems and create analytical reports on how to improve performance.

Responsibilities:
• Source, evaluate, recruit and approve new affiliate partners (Market focused)
• Monitor affiliate practices and ensure compliance
• Deal negotiation
• Reactivation and Retention of existing affiliates – implementation initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI
• Perform ongoing analysis of affiliates, based on affiliate performance and potential to ensure ongoing positive ROI
• Answer Affiliate queries and provide consistent support and optimisation assistance.
• Provide copy for external mailers, banners and text keys where possible
• Carry out competitor analysis on an ongoing basis
• Create and develop top line affiliation reports for the Head of Affiliates, Country Managers, Brand Managers and Affiliate Managers to ensure that we are fully aware of all KPI’s and our budget vs spend.

• Regular email/jira contact with XCaliber/Biz Dev to ensure that all bugs and new functionalities for the 3rd party affiliate system are checked and deployed in a timely manner and that adhoc requests are added to backlog.

Requirements
• Sound understanding of the iGaming industry
• Excellent project management and time management skills
• Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Superior negotiating and influencing skills
• Strong relationship management skills
• Basic HTML experience desirable
• Fluent in English (fluency in Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish or German would be an asset but not essential)
• Excellent written communication skills with a flair for the creative
• Self-starter, with a ‘can do’ attitude
