Customer Support Manager
-Interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests via Email, Chat and Phone
- direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- accept ownership for new and different requests and explore improvements to add value to company
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction with a sales approach
At least 6 months’ experience in a similar role.
Languages: Fluent Swedish/Finnish/Norwegian/German
Availability to work in shifts.
