One of our top clients in the iGaming industry is now targeting the Chinese speaking markets and they are looking for a Mandarin speaking staff member to come in and help them.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious iGaming enthusiast to join a dynamic company working predominantly on their Casino Products.
The role will consist of helping with customer queries, including complaints, payments etc. and will also evolve into a Marketing position. You will ensure outstanding customer service and build relationships within the Chinese speaking market.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing and personable and have a strong customer service background along with a keen interest in the iGaming industry.
The ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese fluently is essential.
This will be a remote position, which means you will be working from home.
Salary is based on experience and location.
