About You

Group One communication skills (written/verbal)
An empathetic nature and drive to help people
Unparalleled knowledge of horse racing & punting
Willing to work Tuesday to Saturday and a flexible work roster (which would include weekends and public holidays)
Based in Melbourne (or willing to move here!)
An interest in technology, apps and good understanding of user experience (customers may email you bugs in our software).
Most importantly, passionate about horse racing and sports.

The Role

Manage, monitor and contribute to the discussion forums
Manage and respond to customer enquiries via phone, email (tickets) and on the forums
Assist with data entry/operational needs to keep the website running well (most of our systems are automated, but some aren't. Humans are smarter than computers.)
Contribute to the community and feed ideas into our product team to drive community engagement
