BettingJobs is looking for a talented analyst to join the dynamic Business Intelligence Team of a market leading gaming company. The successful candidate will use advanced analytics to contribute to the key decisions made in the area of VIP Management. Key Responsibilities

•Be the analytical partner for the VIP Management stakeholders, promoting data driven decision making
•Delivery of advanced analytical projects within a fast moving environment
•Application of data to areas such as campaign analysis, ROI and A/B testing, focused on VIP players
•Extracting and analysing very large and multi-dimensional data sets, working closely with internal units to drive insights and encourage more efficient and effective spend
•Extraction and manipulation of large volumes of data


•Degree (or equivalent) in the quantitative areas or relevant experience gained in data analytics
•Ability to deliver high quality work under pressure of deadlines
•Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to non-technical business people, both written and orally
•Ability to see the "big picture", evaluate the business impact of issues and prioritise among many requests
•Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
•Proficiency in extracting and manipulating large datasets using SQL/ MicroStrategy (or similar)
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)


•Knowledge of the online poker/ casino/ sportsbook industries
•Knowledge of VIP players in the online gambling sector
•Practical experience with statistical tools (SPSS, SAS, R, KNIME, other)
•Experience in data mining/ advanced analytics (clustering, regression, predictive models or similar)
