Betting Jobs are looking for a CRM Manager to work alongside the Head of Customer Value, but working across the marketing team, the Customer Relationship Manager will have wide-ranging responsibility supporting the implementation of the customer lifetime value, customer acquisition and company data strategies.
• Input into wider Customer Value strategy
• Create and execute marketing campaigns for both Sportsbook and Casino
• Work with the design team to create content and write copy for these campaigns
• Analyse data to measure and optimize these campaigns, as well as tracking broader marketing KPIs
• Excel in a self-managed, team environment, working pragmatically across geographies and with teams of different disciplines
• Ability more important than experience, but candidates need a proven track record of at least 2 years delivering far higher than average results
• Needs to be ambitious, with a desire to lead their industry in what they do
• Must be excited and motivated, rather than daunted, by the prospect of building something from the ground up in a start-up environment
• Experience working to develop digital marketing products considered valuable
• An understanding of both online Sportsbook and Casino a must
• Must have the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, both verbally and written, in English.
• Strong academic record to degree level
