HEAD OF LOYALTY

Responsible for the area of loyalty and the CRM team (1 person), VIP team (2 people) and SAC (5 people: one coordinator of the Call Center and 4 operators)

Reporting to the Operational Services Director

GOALS:

Define, establish, analyze and optimize:
the customer journey

customer retention ratio

the reactivation of inactive clients (short, medium and long term)

Increase cross sell of products

Communication with customers through customer service

the KPIs of the marketing and business campaigns in the different channels

Work together with the areas of acquisition and product in the development of the promotional strategy
Customer loyalty to the brand
TASKS:


• Constant interlocution with the different areas (acquisition, product, design, support, BI ...)

• Report of results of the different actions to Management.

• Analysis of competition

• Control and supervision of KPIs

• Management, training and development of the team in charge
